Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily follow-up on generated leads, promptly responding to client inquiries and providing necessary information to facilitate the bidding process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, project management, and technical teams, to gather insights and develop competitive bids.
- Analyze project details, including RFPs (Request for Proposal) and RFQs (Request for Quotation), to ensure a thorough understanding of client needs and requirements.
- Create compelling and persuasive proposals, showcasing our company’s capabilities, expertise, and value proposition to clients.
- Prepare accurate cost estimations and timelines for project delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company capabilities.
- Maintain a strong profile on freelancing platforms and online channels, highlighting your skills, experience, and successful project outcomes.
- Participate in negotiation discussions and contract reviews, working closely with the development team to finalize project terms and agreements.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring high client satisfaction, repeat business, and positive reviews on freelancing platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and emerging technologies to position our company competitively in the global marketplace.
- Collaborate with the finance team to send account histories and project-related information for accurate billing and invoicing.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in international sales bidding or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, creating compelling proposals and engaging with clients effectively.
- Proven track record of successfully securing international projects and meeting sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and negotiate favorable terms.
- Strong analytical and research abilities to identify business opportunities and understand client needs.
- Familiarity with freelancing platforms and their bidding processes, with a demonstrated ability to win projects and maintain a strong online presence.
- Technical acumen and understanding of industry trends, especially in areas relevant to our business offerings.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
